Hello Ann. I joined your website recently. I really like what you have to say and am very interested in the whole self honesty, freeing myself from my mind process. I started learning about this recently, so anything worth while that you can recommend to read or watch to learn from would be greatly appreciated. Whatever you found helpful would certainly help me out. I ordered your book tonight and really look forward to reading it. I must say, I am quite taken back by your level of maturity and intelligence for such a young age. I really appreciate your dedication to this cause, and others such as being vegan. Keep up the great work. May you inspire others the way you have inspired me. I too am interested in becoming vegan, but I am finding it very hard to adapt and extremely hard to handle the social pressures that go along with it. Any advice and help in that corner would be helpful as well. Thank you for your help. Talk to you soon.
